IMPACT Sports Performance will host Youth and High School training programs each weekday evening from November through January 2018.
Athletes will be separated into two age groups: Youth athletes (Ages: 11-13) and High School athletes (Ages: 14-18).

Our IMPACT Performance Staff utilizes research and anecdotal methods that are appropriate for all ages. The sports performance sessions include safe, practical and effective movements to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes identify areas for improvement, refine their strengths, decrease injury risk and improve their physical preparation. Each session entails our components of fitness including mobility/flexibility, speed/agility, strength/power, core and conditioning.
