Originally from Aurora, IL, Jason has been a Certified Athletic Trainer with a medical license in South Florida for over seven years. Jason earned his Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami in 2006. In recent years, Jason has spent time with different organizations in the Florida area to provide program implementation, injury prevention protocols, and biomechanical evaluations for athletes of all ages and backgrounds. Prior to his work in Florida, Jason was employed by the University of Miami and responsible for rehabilitating Olympic, professional, and collegiate athletes from various sports including football, track and field, and volleyball. Jason served as a Core Training specialist for the Miami Hurricane athletic department working with numerous alumni from the NFL and MLB. Jason is a proud supporting member of the National Athletic Training Association (NATA).
Greg DeLuke MAT, ATC, CSCS
Head Athletic Trainer
Originally from Albany NY, Greg joins the IMPACT team after spending the past 7 years at Burke Mountain Academy in Vermont training and rehabilitating elite level ski racers. Greg received his Master of Athletic Training degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2007, where he had the opportunity to work directly with the TTU football team. While pursing his B.S. in Secondary Education Greg competed in division 1 lacrosse at Butler University. During his career Greg has had the opportunity to work with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and professional level. He has been a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer since 2007, and a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2005.
Matt Crawley MS, CSCS
Head Sports Performance Coach
Originally from Kenmore, NY, Matt has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist coaching across the United States for the past four years. Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland and a Master’s Degree in Human Health and Performance from Canisius College. Deciding to leave Buffalo, Matt completed a summer position with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) National Headquarters Performance Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Matt has spent the last year as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, and an assistant to Football at Webber International University. Matt has an extensive background working in the private sector where he has physically prepared athletes of various sports ranging from youth, middle school, high school, college, professional, and those in the tactical industry.
Assistant Athletic Trainer
Jim Starkey joined the IMPACT Sports Performance Staff in February 2015 after spending five years at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO, where he worked with some of the top orthopedic physicians in the profession. A native of Hamburg, Jim earned a Bachelor’s of Science in athletic training from SUNY Cortland and a Master’s of Science in exercise science from Middle Tennessee State University. During his time at MTSU, Jim served as the athletic trainer for the Blue Raiders baseball team. In addition to his work at The Steadman Clinic, Jim has gained experience working with the New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and many other athletes from the NHL, NFL, MLB, NBA, and United States Olympic Teams. Jim is a Certified Athletic Trainer and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Assistant Athletic Development Specialist
Originally from Paw Paw, MI, Tom joins the IMPACT Sports Performance Staff from the University of Virginia where he served as the athletic trainer for the wrestling team while earning his Master’s degree in Athletic Training. Before attending UVA, Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree in athletic training at Northern Kentucky University where he served as a performance coach in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. His main focus area was training NFL prospects and veterans as well as youth athlete development. Tom has had the opportunity to work with high-level athletes at the high school, collegiate and professional levels as well as train classical and modern dancers from around the world. A long time soccer player, Tom continues to play as well as compete in obstacle races such as the Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, and Men’s Health Urbanathlon.
Assistant Sports Performance Coach
Originally from Buffalo, NY Jordan is one of IMPACT Sports Performance’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. Jordan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Saint Joseph’s University and his Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo. As a an undergrad, Jordan competed as a Division I Rower, while also starting on the school’s water polo team. Jordan has been working in the private sector of the fitness industry helping athletes of all kinds throughout Buffalo for the past five years. Jordan is highly experienced in training several collegiate-level sports, specializing in rowing, wrestling, and combat sports.

Originally from West Seneca, NY, John has worked in the sports performance world for 5years. John earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from The State University of New York at Buffalo in 2013. Throughout his undergraduate studies, John has had the opportunity to work with athletes and sports teams at the youth, high school, college and Olympic levels. Having played lacrosse in high school and in college, John also stays readily involved in the sport as a volunteer lacrosse coach for localarea programs. John is a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and a professional member of the NSCA.
