How does IMPACT help athletes decrease the risk of injury?

Specific exercises are selected to assist limitations in range of motion.   Once each of our athlete’s exhibit normal range of motion at each of the joint segments, we begin focusing on proper strength ratios between the anterior and posterior musculature including the core.  Our final phase involves the use of movement-specific exercises that prepare our athlete’s for all of the acceleration and deceleration forces that they endure during activity.
