Elite Goalie Pod Program

(April, May, June) – $599

During the spring program, this goalie group will have sessions twice a week to ensure you are ready for the up coming season, but will also include opportunities to participate in player sessions as well.

This POD Group will contain “Elite” players only from the 1999-2004 birth years and will include:

Part 1 – SPRING

  • Fourteen (14) – 75 minute Ice sessions
    • ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY – participate in Academy player sessions
  • Seven (7) – IMPACT off ice training sessions

The Academy of Hockey’s coaching staff will lead a small group of players through a series of development sessions with a training emphasis on the Technical, Physical, and Mental aspects of hockey. The Academy staff believes that these skills translate to the highest-level game.  Included in the Pod Development program are:

  • On ice Skill Development – the skill and situational specific program will consistently test participants. The Academy coaching staff has added many new concepts to this off season’s curriculum to supplement the core skill base we feel is essential.
  • Small Group Training – Deliberate and constructive on ice instruction is essential to skill growth.  This program will have a 3:1 Player to Coach ratio or lower each session.
