“Fall Into Shape” with IMPACT Sports Performance! Work with certified fitness professionals in a state-of-the-art facility to improve your health and get in shape before the busy holiday season – all while competing for cash prizes!

Six-week cardio intensified program aimed at changing body composition. The winner will be determined by the greatest amount of points earned (see Challenge Point System below). The top three finishers will receive cash prizes at the end of the six-week challenge. Open to the public and people of all fitness levels.

Monday, October 23rd through Friday, December 1st

Program Features:

  • Body Composition Measurements
  • Nutrition Presentation
  • (3) Days of Healthy Meals from Eat Rite Foods (9 meals total)
  • (4) 30 minute One-on-one Training Sessions with an IMPACT Coach
  • (2) Recovery Sessions with an IMPACT Coach
  • Unlimited Group Training Sessions during six-week period

Challenge Schedule:

  • Starting Body Composition Measurements – October 19th & 20th
  • Nutrition Presentation – October 21st @ 10am
  • Nutrition Live on Facebook – Oct 28, Nov 4, Nov 11, & Nov 25 @ TBD Time
  • Unlimited Group Training Sessions – October 23rd – December 1st
  • (4) 30 minute One-on-one Training Sessions – To Be Scheduled
  • (2) Recovery Sessions – To Be Scheduled
  • Final Body Composition Measurements – November 30th & December 1st
  • Final Challenge – December 1st

Challenge Point System:

  • Class attendance: 1pt
  • 1-on-1 Attendance: 1pt
  • Recovery Session: 1pt
  • Friday Challenge: 1-2pts **
  • Nutrition Live on Facebook: 1pt
  • Nutrition Presentation: 2pts
  • Body Fat loss of .01% = 1 pt

** Friday challenge points will be earned by competing to beat the coach’s time. Coaches will complete the challenge on Thursday. Participants will complete the same challenge on Friday and will receive 1 point for doing so, and 2 points if they beat the coach’s time. Male participants will go against male coaches/athletes and female participants will go against female coaches/athletes.
